What are Flower essences?
How Are They Made?
Dr Bach created the first essences based on his intuitive realisation that the healing properties of flowers could be transferred to water, which captures the energetic imprint of the plant. The most common method is by sun-infusion, where freshly picked flowers are floated on the surface of pure water and placed in the sun to be infused by the sun’s energy, which helps to transfer the vibrational healing qualities of the particular flower to the water. This ‘mother’ essence is then preserved in alcohol and pure water, and from there diluted into stock or dosage bottles as required. Every flower has unique healing properties, so the choice of the flowers to be prescribed for each individual is assessed by the practitioner. Usually, a combination of essences is prescribed. Because there is no plant material in the essences, they are safe and work subtly on the emotional states of the person who is taking them. They are gentle, accessible and transformational healing remedies.

Testimonial
As I was dealing with difficult changes in my life, Helen offered to mix me a bottle of Flower Essences, and to my surprise, I began to feel much better, and a week later, I was restored to my usual positive approach to life. This was the first time I had taken the essences, and I can highly recommend Helen to help you with your emotional states.
